This course focusses on utopian/dystopian literature in the EFL-classroom. After five introductory sessions in Paderborn students will spend one weekend with students of the Universität Köln.
The introductory sessions will deal with the larger field of utopian/dystopian thinking and literatures, curricular requirements and the basics of lesson-planning.
During the weekend-workshop students will present, discuss and critique their own lesson-plans on a previously assigned topic. The conceptualization, organization and planning of the weekend-workshop will be the responsibility of both student groups.

Attendance in the first session is mandatory.
