Aim of the event:
Aims of the practical course are

- to get to know and to rate the behaviour of drive components by experimental work

- to get to know and to use tools for the examination of drive components. This concerns the relevant measurement as well as the use of dimensioning and simulation software.

The practical course completes the eponymous lecture.

Target group:
students of

- mechanical engineering

- industrial engineering

- joint Master Mechatronics

Contents:
- drive simulation: calculation and test bench

- computer aided gear calculation

- determination of gearbox efficiency (test bench)

- determination of lubricant viscosity

- frequency inverter: parameter settings
