Aim of the event:
This lecture complements the courses of the area Computer Aided Design.
Further areas of application of CAD- and CAx-Systems are discussed, building on the position of design in the manufacturing process. Continuative subject areas like information- and archive management, quotation processing and -costing deal with process optimisation in the field of development and design.
The associated tutorial supplements the lecture. The acquired theoretical knowledge is being deepened and clarified on the basis of practical examples.
