Aim of the event:
This lecture focuses on the fundamentals of quality management within industry and service providing companies. Therefore the proper terms, principles and sequences are elucidated and contemplated regarding business processes and different corporate sectors. In this context product quality as well as process quality are considered.
Within the associated tutorial the matters of the lecture are deepened. After attending the tutorial the students should be in the position to recognise the connections between different methods of quality management and to realise them. Therefore different branches and divisions of companies are contemplated to evaluate the extensive possibilities of total quality management. Within the scope of the tutorial the participants will have the opportunity to present selected topics by themselves to improve their soft-skills.
