Requirements and recommendations:
No specialised requirements essential
Aim of the event:
The lecture covers the entire width of the polymer processing. This is to be easily understandably near-brought to the listener. Special value puts on the material understanding and the consequences for the processing, resulting in from it. A goal of the lecture is to arrange for the listener a fundamental understanding of the polymer processing, which is the basic for lectures based on it.
Target group:
Students of the following subjects: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and chemistry
Contents:
1. Synthesis of the macromolecular materials 2. physical behavior of the polymers temperature-concentration diagrams, mechanical characteristics in the solid state, rheologic characteristics, thermodynamic characteristics, surface-energetic characteristics, acoustic and electrical characteristics 3. treatment, kinds and tasks of the additives, distributive and dispersive mixing, degassing, granulating 4. processing 4.1 prototypes: extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, spraying casting blast pipes, processing from composite materials to semi-finished material, pouring, foams, pressing 4.2 deformation: thermoforming, cold forming 4.3 adding: welding, sticking, mechanical adding 4.4 refining from polymers: metallizing, varnishing, printing, coining, surface treatment 5. recycling of plastics
