Aim of the event:
The lecture is based on the design-requirements of plastic products, mainly produced by injection moulding. Requirements in plastic design and physical background will be conveyed. The object of the lecture is the conveyence of the theoretical and practical basis in plastics design.

Contents:
General rules of design
mechanical properties and characteristic values
joining techniques: screws, rivets, joining by snapping, design of screw treads
