Aim of the event:
The lecture gives an overview of the methods and tools of project management. In addition the students acquaint three case studies in detail. The students shall be able to manage small and medium-sized projects and to assist the project management in large projects well. Therewith the economy´s claim of imparting project management competence to the students is satisfied. But even in terms of the main study period in which context project work has to be performed and in terms of a potential job in research project management is a required competence. By the case studies we strike for the goal of familiarising the students with typical engineering work.
