Aim of the event:
The lecture gives information about typical problems concerning the QA in polymer processing. Classical and innovative concepts of process oriented QA are taught and the practical use in polymer processing is discussed. The aim is to sensitise the studends for typical problems of QA and to give information about possible solutions.
Target group:
Students of the mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and chemistry.
Contents:
- Introduction - Why QA in the polymer processing?
- Demands on products made of plastics. - What does QA in polymer processing mean?
- Special features of QA of products made of plastics - Standardisation and general conditions - methods, like FMEA, STVM, SPC etc.
- Error prevention - Innovative approaches of computer aided QA
- Continuous process models
