Aim of the event:
In this course practical exercises according to the lecture are given.
Contents:
1 Basic concepts of kinematics
· definitions of position, velocity and acceleration vector and their relations in different coordinate systems, kinematical diagramms
2 Basic concepts of kinetics
· center of mass, moment of inertia, parallel-axes theorem, linear momentum, angular momentum, work, power, kinetic energy
3 Fundamental laws
· Principle of linear momentum or Newton´s law, Principle of angular momentum
· Power-energy equation, work-energy equation, Law of conservation of mechanical energy for a particle, a system of particles, a rigid body or for a system of rigid bodies with one degree of freedom
4 Vibrations analysis of mechanical systems
· undamped or damped vibrations with one degree of freedom, free or harmonically exited vibrations with one degree of freedom
