Kommentar:
Das Phänomen "Dehumanisierung" (Entmenschlichung) wurde trotz seiner Grundlegung in der anthropologischen Philosophie und seiner weitreichenden moralischen Bedeutung als psychologischer und ideologischer Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Formen von Ausgrenzung bis hin zum Massenmord bisher erst in sehr geringem Umfang philosophisch erforscht.
In diesem Workshop wird einer Einführungssitzung (Anwesenheitspflicht) anhand neuerer Forschungsarbeiten in das Thema eingeführt. Anschließend werden Arbeitsgruppen gebildet, die das Phänomen in konkreten Zusammenhängen erarbeiten und in einem 2tägigen Workshop vorstellen und mit dem Kurs diskutieren. Mögliche Arbeitsthemen werden von den Arbeitsgruppen selbst gewählt. Zur Auswahl stehen u.a.:
Terrorismus und Dehumanisierung
Kapitalismusund Dehumanisierung
Pornographie und Dehumanisierung
Religion und Dehumanisierung
Armut und Dehumanisierung
und Weitere.
