Kommentar: Task-based Language Teaching (TBLT) has gained importance as a teaching approach both at primary and secondary level. In TBLT, students learn through communicative tasks, which involve them in meaningful language use. In this seminar, we will compare TBLT with traditional language teaching approaches and discuss its implications for second language acquisition and language pedagogy. We will evaluate examples of tasks and discuss how they can be used in the classroom.
