Begleitende und weiterführende Literatur wird im Rahmen der Vorlesung genannt und im Semesterapparat zur Verfügung gestellt.

Kommentar:
Die Vorlesung führt in die Geschichte der Philosophie ein und gibt einen Überblick über die wesentlichen Epochen und Weichenstellungen politischer und gesellschaftlicher Entwicklungen der abendländischen philosophischen Tradition von der Antike bis heute. Die Studierenden lernen anhand historischer und systematischer Analysen Übereinstimmungen und Unterschiede politischer Konzeptionen kennen und beurteilen. Neben den klassischen Autoren werden auch aktuelle und zeitgemäße Positionen vermittelt und kritisch gewürdigt.

Wichtige Hinweise:
Die Vorlesung ist für Anfänger geeignet und für Studiengänge, die ein philosophisches Begleitstudium voraussetzen. Es können alle Scheine erworben werden. TN: Kurzklausur (ca. 45 Min. auf Basis der Vorlesung (Anwesenheit!) Für den PL/Modulabschluss sind Hausarbeiten zu erbringen.
